We had countless examples of socialism for thousands of years. Don’t believe it – read the history of the Roman Republic. They all have one thing in common – they were all abject failures. All of them. Not one managed to improve the lives of the people. Look at Cuba. Look at Venezuela. There is so much more to look at and now its CHAZ. It will fail fast and provide an example for normal citizens to see whee this free-for-all leads. It would be nice if learned from past mistakes – not our forte it seems.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
