The US has a great system in order to try out all kinds of things for the utility and sensibility. Real federalism. Let single states try out all kinds of idiot ideas. Even if one knows that its total bollocks, trying it sows others the consequences for being dumb. The Federal level is the wrong place for those policies. But who thinks Bernie will ever become president?

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
