It’s this kind of drivel that populates the vast depths of the internet and poisons people’s minds. Hence the bubble we are on. Because no matter how many reasons one can find why EV’s are the best thing since sliced bread, I know one reason why they won’t make a dent. They are incredibly expensive and can only be sustained in small numbers when there are copious subsidies pushing them. Proof – remove the subsidies and see what happens. A number of states have reduced (not removed, just reduced) the subsidies, and sales of EV’s are in free fall. This is not a people’s car and as soon as people understand this, they will give those policies the boot.
