African LNG growth could come too late to cash in

Too late – a sad reality story thats happening in many places in Africa at all times. Africa is the second largest landmass on Earth and its mineral wealth is still largely untapped. Untold riches are awaiting those with the patience and the stomach to do things in Africa the African way. But Africa is a hard frontier, hard because it takes a lot of time to do anything. You will wade through morasses of corruption before you even have the outline of a project and the host government will want to spend the money to be made before the ink on the MOUs is dry. There are scores of potentially good projects for LNG on the continent – but they require “boots-on-the-ground” business developers. Not many of those around nowadays.
