It’s not surprising that companies use all tricks in the book (and quite a number that are not in the book yet) to wiggle free from the obligations they pay lip service to. They feel they have to pay lip service as they don’t have the guts to confront those tendencies head-on for what they are worth. And they must use all loopholes as they know that what’s being asked for is essentially impossible. Impossible with them keeping operating that is.
