Algeria leader vows to develop new resources beyond energy to ease economic crisis

There is one resource that would carry Algeria to new economic heights as raw commodities never could do. Their own population. I’ve them economic freedom, cut the corruption, make courts apply the same law to everyone, and get the state out of the economy. A state that does not trust its citizens is not worth having.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
