Australian metallurgical coal to continue supporting economies

If we piled up the sheer volume of steel, concrete, and other materials that need hydrocarbons for the production of 1GW of on-demand-power through conventional means and compare it to the pile necessary for the production of 1GW on-demand-power we quickly understand that we will have to strip mine much of the planet just to change the power production system. We are not even talking about industrial heat and mobility.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
