Whatever this dogma might be. There are two kinds of dictatorships. The enlightened missionary tyrannies and strongmen. The first kind seeks to reform humanity is responsible for some of the most horrific atrocities this planet has known. Strongmen leave you alone as long as their power is not challenged.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
