Biden Energy Secretary: Buy an EV Peasant!
In my book, this is pure and simple corruption. Public officials that make or even influence decisions that will tilt the market should not only disclose all their investments in this market but they should be forced to divest, be forbidden to make any investments, and have to disclose all such investments made by close relatives. Overkill? Most certainly not. We all have to bear the cost of whatever they decide. Anyone not happy with those rules of engagement? Don’t go into a governmental position. The notion of “servant of the people” should mean something.
