Biden’s oil & gas leasing ban ruled unlawful by federal judge
Executive Orders used to be sparse. No more – as soon as any feel-good issue comes up an Executive Order is signed. We tend to forget that there are areas only the legislator can change. Executives have way too much power anywhere. It’s time to come back to a more assembly-based system. And it’s time that representatives start to work for their constituents, not the party they affiliate with.
