They come at the right time with such a proposal. They have a POTUS that is sympathetic to all things signaling virtue and we have entered a Solar Minimum. The extent to which this is going to cool us is under debate but one thing seems certain – the next couple of years will be on the cool side. People got a taste of it this year. There will be more. Shall we still amplify this?

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
