The wagon is underway and as its the most extreme forces in the decision-making structure that make policy, anyone not immediately falling in line is declared an enemy. And that’s not a label anyone in those circles wants. But worry not – those states will try to extort the money from other states.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
