Looks like Canada has a lot of spare cash to spend. Because this thing looks very much like it’s always going to need massive cash injections to keep running. Or maybe it will join the already rather impressive list of RE projects that have been built for a lot of taxpayer cash and have been closed down since. Let’s see how Canada’s decision-makers will explain to their electorate that it’s more important to burn piles of cash while their population suffers from COVD induced economic breakdown.

A subsidiary of German industrial giant Thyssenkrupp has been awarded an engineering contract for the project.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
