CCCC wins major contractor gig for Kamchatka LNG

Now, this LNG terminal is not being built because Kamchatka needs the energy or to underpin some strategic objective for the Russian Federation. Its mainly there to assist reloadings for LNG cargos coming from the Russian Arctic LNG plants. Those come on ice-class vessels which is, of course, a bit more pricey than the regular vessels. Just imagine, a full-blown terminal with the respective price tag just to do this. What must transport on those ice-class vessels cost?
