Once they go for scale they will experience the line pack effect. This means that they can play with the delivery schedule in order to simulate storage and use local tankage more efficiently. Just slow go a whole LG train if you expect a demand peak soon in order to make it hit right at time and speed another one up for the same reason. LNG by ail is a superflexible pipeline.
