China’s Xi says China will phase down coal consumption over 2026-2030

How long is a new coal plant being operated? Decades I would say. Thats what one invests the money for. And China builds new coal power plants at a breakneck pace. These coal power plants and all their supply line equipment will be in operation until at least 2050. This means that either Xi does not know what’s happening in his own country, or he feeds us a BS story. What do you believe?

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
