Connecticut strives for highest electricity rates in the USA

Takes pipelines to get more Natural Gas to replace other electricity sources. No pipelines mean no natural gas. You can always use LNG and truck it up but especially in the North East US, pipelines are way more economical. Maybe high electricity rates will produce another Australia in Conneticut.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
