Sure, they made the money for the last batch out of thin air so why stop now? It’s all worth nothing and we will have to correct the books later but why would anyone care now? Right now, all palms are greased and as usual, it’s the community that will have to carry the burden later. All the greased palms will disappear when the whole thing comes tumbling down faster than a politician can turn on his heels. This is going to be biblical.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
