“Earth’s Oxygen is Rapidly Running Out…” We’re Doomed!
So we have only 1 billion years left before we run out of oxygen. Let me look at this from another angle – have you watched the Perseverance rover descend on the Martian surface? You know it’s there to find life. If it really does find life, it would be imperceptibly small. Thats what life was like 1 billion years ago on Earth. No dinosaurs, no giant insects, no ferns, or even a simple worm. This is more time than complex life had so far on this planet. I think I will wait this one out.
