EU Targets LNG Exporters via Green Deal

There will be some virtue signaling gestures but on balance, US producers will simply ignore the EU. Because this stuff costs a lot of money which makes deals very unattractive. Especially as Asian customers which are the prime cut of the market anyhow so now they are just more attractive. The EU will need a lot of gas to counterbalance its massive and failing RE portfolio.

The European Union is looking at ways to put pressure on global exporters of LNG to reduce their greenhouse gas footprint.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
