EV’s Not-so-little Dirty Secret(s)

I don’t agree with everything Peter says but when it comes to EVs he hits the nail right on its head. Although he leaves out quite a load of other issues plaguing EVs. In my home city Vienna it’s already hard to find parking houses that allow EVs. The fire risk is too much to bear. But thats still nothing. Just imagine people start finding out how dangerous those things really are and demand that none of them can pass by schools or kindergartens anymore or hospitals. Or public playgrounds. Once the genie is out of the bottle, limitations will mushroom. EVs are over.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
