Climate policy is being picked apart, headlines in big newspapers talk about the ice that refuses to melt, discussion rounds where climate realists get fair coverage, and big political parties come out openly for shale. All things unimaginable just 12 months ago. Pain produces effect, and you can always trust the alarmists to push it too far.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
