Exxon Mobil’s climate trial in New York may hinge more on intent than evidence

New York is broke and they need a fresh donkey that shits gold for them to throw at even more useless crap. And they think they have found that donkey in the fossil fuel industry. Politicians are ruthless when it comes to cover up their own failings. They will shamelessly destroy a company for nothing and thousands of jobs with it if they can only cover up their own filth for a minute longer. Nobody is able to prove that human emissions caused global warming today. Its all opinions based on models that constantly fail. And now Exxon should have known in the past what nobody can know today.
