German hydrogen economy to spark traded market for imports: consultants

The only thing this has done is opening the floodgates for windy consultants and project developers to get fat on taxpayer money. Thats what they want – saving the planet makes for nice posters. But saving their bank accounts makes for nice postings in the Caribbean when the windfall stops.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
