As long as there is no plan, they also don’t need to say how they plan to pay for scraping those buggers. They will have to recycle them and thats very expensive so there won’t be any plan ever and the blades they get now are being dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If they had to plan as any normal industry must, they would have to pin a number on it and no matter how much magic dust they sprinkle on it, it will be ugly. Very ugly.
