Germany’s Scholz to sign hydrogen deal on Canada trip, discuss LNG

Just imagine you are in the most urgent disaster relief mission and suddenly you don’t seek the quickest and easiest way for relief but you actually pack some more pain on top. Even assuming everything goes perfectly, how fast does Scholz believe that hydrogen is going to work for Germany? Not that Canada would be an LNG superpower. For that, he needed to aim a little more south. Or maybe Mr. Scholz knows something we don’t. Does he know that the war in Ukraine is going to be over soon and the gas is going to flow freely after? I don’t know that – does he?
