Heavy snowfall and extreme cold sweeps over Europe

Its an unending saga. After the coolest summer in a long time we are facing a winter as we have not seen in in more than 10 yeas. And its going to get even colder next year. After enough freezing in the dark, some people will have second thoughts about renewables. Because guess what: those solar panels dont work so well under a thick layer of frozen H2O. And windmills dont take too kindly to ice as well I heard. So, when energy is the most needed, we cant get it. Hydrocarbons will have to come to the rescue. Should he declare a hydrocarbon embargo for a week – or two?
