In A World First, California Bans New Diesel Truck Sales From 2036

Why do we have to wait another 13 years for that to happen? Do it now. And make that a total ban so no diesel truck can enter California from now on. There should be a constitutionally fixed rule that no law that will produce its effects beyond the end of the term of the current government can ever be taken as this kicks the can down the road. The people have to feel the effects of the idiotic policies they are supposed to support. That gives them a chance to show its governing elites what they think of it at the next election. But I guess that’s not what those politicians want so I better not hold my breath on any of this ever changing.
