Indian companies seal deal to step up use of LNG lorries in mineral-rich west Maharashtra

India’s true problem is not Climate Change or net zero – it’s the absolutely atrocious quality of the air its citizens are forced to breathe every day. This is mostly smog, fine particles, and nitrogen oxides that mix up into a nasty yellowy, orange haze thats heavy on the lungs and causes thousands of premature deaths and millions of people with hard respiratory diseases. It’s not only an economic tragedy, but it’s also a human one and I remember a decision of the Highest Court in India that Indians have a human right to clean air. LNG as a fuel can be a massive factor in this equation. This is real environmental protection – not virtue signaling.
