India’s First Natural Gas Exchange to Be Unveiled by March

Let’s wait and see what this is to become. They seem to think that trading is a magic bullet against high prices. If they look at other such experiences they would find that in a truly free market, prices may swing in both directions. I am not holding my breath.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
