India’s UltraTech Cement deploys more LNG-powered trucks

Countries such as India often experience a lot of fuel theft. I have seen situations where 20% of the fuel that goes out is stolen. This is a serious problem and expensive. When your vehicle uses LNG though, theft becomes difficult. Imagine you want to siphon off some diesel and find LNG inside. Imagine you can get it out. What now? LNG is a boiling liquid and without its specialized container, it will vaporize away. Also, you need appliances or vehicles that can use it. Not impossible but a hell of a lot harder than diesel. Thats another good reason to make the switch.

India's top cement maker, UltraTech Cement, has again teamed up with GreenLine to add LNG-powered trucks built by Blue Energy Motors to its fleet.
