If they can run those fuel cells with Bio-methane emissions-free, what’s the difference with a bio-methane fuelled combustion engine then? Because such an engine, with a simply catalytic converter, runs emissions-free and even carbon negative if this matters to you. So if you get everything you claim you want with today’s technology, mature, tried and tested, and economically way more attractive than any fuel cell can possibly be right now, why go for some moonshot technology. I like research, but we should not build any operational business on wishful thinking and use what we have especially when the results are good.
