I have a feeling that the insurgency is just the latest of a long row of threats to the Natural gas investment boom for Mozambique. And I also think it’s not the worst problem – that would likely be themselves. I have spent a lot of time in Africa and I love this patch of the planet but it has some very unique challenges that one must work with. Mozambique has pinned its economic hopes on an explosion of private investment in colossal natural gas deposits discovered a decade ago.
