I guess Obama and Gates and all the other supersmart elites will know. They have all purchased premium coastal real estate and paid top dollar for that. Either they are not as smart as we assumed they are, or they just give us BS. If there is any crisis in the housing market, it’s not because of a trace gas in the air.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
