Thats why most of the lithium mining and processing is being done far away from our sensitive minds and also far away from any activist’s eye. If the standards used for the extraction of oil and gas in western countries were adopted, lithium mining as well as the mining of many other substances used in the Green Industrial Complex would be economically impossible. The relatively lower price of batteries, solar panels, and other ingredients of the Green mania is due to this. Make them do it in an environmentally sound manner. Make them put money where their mouths are.
