Manchester To Shut Down in 2027 If Carbon Targets Are to Be Met

Why 2027? Make that 2023 so we can see the effects of shutting down the city of Manchester on its inhabitants much faster. We need those examples of disaster and disrupted life for the rest of the country, and even the rest of the world to see. And we will need more of those in all kinds of countries. Germany is going to be the one example nobody will want to emulate a few years down the line for Europe. California for the US. Manchester for Britain. Talk is cheap, bring on the goods. We can’t wait to see that.
