And the real winner (in terms of who is right) is – drumrolls – none of them. Both hydrogen and EV’s are unfit to run big, industrialized societies. The hitch is that this is what one needs to sustain the number of people this planet currently carries and a lot less than that as well. If we are to have any form of life that could be called worth living then we will need reliable energy sources that are affordable. Making everything artificially expensive will not do.
