Indeed, Europe will soon feel like it’s alone on the moon. A desperate China will get ever more aggressive pushing its wares onto the world at superlow prices. On the other side, America first plus energy domination and massive innovation through the cash new investment brings will sledgehammer the moribund EU economies. If the UK also grows closer to the US than to the EU it will also start to grow stronger than the continent resulting in quite a pull. And in this challenging situation, Europe saddles itself with the most expensive plan to piss off business. Whee will they go you think?

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
