New York car park collapse: Concrete floors ‘pancake’ in packed multi-storey

We know that once an Electric Vehicle burns, it cannot be extinguished but needs to burn out in place. This is a very hot and very toxic fire. Imagine this happens under a bridge or an overpass. Would that concrete structure still be structurally sound after the fire? Are we looking forward to replacing very expensive civil infrastructure very often because of those fires? Things change very much once we know the true nature of the beast. Would you want this to happen just outside the kindergarten where your child is? Or the school? Or the retirement home where your mum resides?
