New York won’t appeal its defeat in Exxon climate trial

Alarmists had a crushing defeat there. They also had a crushing defeat when Michael Mann lost to the ballsy Mr. Ball. And so it goes on. I know, it’s funny to use taxpayers funds in order to blow them on frivolous lawsuits. Would those people go to the courts if they knew that they blow their own cash? I highly doubt it. Maybe we should make those public prosecutors bear a share of the defeat. Like half his salary for the time he spent prosecuting the case if he loses.
