Nor’easters would be disastrous to a Green America
We have that in Europe now. Look at Germany. For more than a decade now they have faked it by buying electricity from abroad when they had a shortfall and selling surplus whe wind and solar went bonkers. Luckily for them they have a number of neighbors that will help them out with nuclear and coal power when they need it. But those countries start to need their own flexible power to support their increasingly wind and solar based power production. And Germany has gone way beyond anything they could sustain by their own powers. And they can’t fix it quickly. Get used to some blackouts and power rationning – and some pissed people.
