Norway Isn’t Giving Up On New Oil Development

They can’t. When you are as trapped in virtue signaling as Norway is, you need to find some way to cough up the cash to pay for all that bling. Norway always wants all the bells and whistles, all the options, never cut a decision that makes economic sense. This has consequences. If they now kill the goose that lays those golden eggs, they will quickly find out that there is no “Happy ever after” once you go down the road of false virtue. Norway needs its oil.
