May we deduce that Norway cares about its oil income? Because the country’s finances have received quite a hammering with all the virtue-signaling they are known for. Norway made its wealth by selling oil, gas, and fish. Kill the oil and gas and see how life will be without the warm rain of oil dollars. Spending yourself stupid and killing the goose that lays golden eggs is not smart after all.
