The Renewable Industry will still ry to blame it on hydrocarbons and looking at the sad state of education they will no doubt still make a ruckus with it. I know graduates that are as hollow and dumb as chestnuts. BUT – the troublemakers are a small but very loud minority. The silent majority somehow swallows their antics as long as their own lives somehow function. Until they dont. When their lives fall apart as things become unaffordable and power goes out from time to time they will snap and their log harbored opinions about the troublemakers will break open. Patience will be thin then.

Wind and solar are meant to be the solution to our looming weather woes. The truth is that the weather-dependent ‘unreliables’ have increased our mortal vulnerability to mother nature’s vagaries. E…

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
