Rapid technological innovation – not harmful renewables policy – key to lighting our energy future

The technologically most advanced economies are also those with the best environment. Yes, real environmental protection costs money and making this investment supposes that people are rich enough to care. Poor people cannot care about more than survival. It’s not that they are bad people. Anyone living under such pressures would look after personal needs like food and shelter before the environment gets any attention. That being said, once the objective has been reached, there should be a re-assessment. Greenery had its justification – but now we are conjuring up problems from imagined hot air for political relevance. It kills the very technological foundation that enabled greenery in the first place.
