Red Planet Heats Up: Ice Age Ending on Mars

So, changes in orbit and I would also assume changes in solar luminosity cause climate change on Mars. Not over eons but climate change that’s perceptible to humans in their limited lifespan. If this is the case on Mars, why could that not be the reason on Earth as well because guess what: Earth has changes in orbit as well and it’s receiving its energy from the same central start that prevents Mars from becoming a snowball.

Mars is emerging from an ice age, a finding that could shed light on the past and future climates of both Mars and Earth, researchers say.
