Resetting Global Agriculture: The Destructive Road to Dystopia

The 1960s saw the big green revolution. The massive use of fertilizers and modern agricultural techniques enabled massive growth in agricultural production allowing us to feed growing world populations. But the most productive agriculture still happens in the temperate black soil belt in North America and Eurasia. Thats a rather small area. Those areas offer good results even without a lot of fertilizer. But fertilizer has a double problem. The biggest producers are at war limiting production and its production is also energy intensive which the green activists don’t like. 2022 the world ate the 2021 harvest. This year will be tough for some countries.
