Rotterdam Posts Another Record Quarter for LNG Bunker Sales

It’s still pretty small but its growing fast. Just imagine, if all the worlds shipping converted to LNG overnight (just imagine for a sec) we would need quite a bit more LNG than we currently produce worldwide. OK, that’s not going to happen overnight and total volumes are still rather small. But those things may change quite quickly.

H1 2019 sales now higher than the total for last year.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
