Russia to Build LNG-powered Icebreakers for Arctic Sea Route

The Russians must be knowing something we do not know yet. Because according to the current alarmist script, ice in the Arctic should be a thing of the past very soon. It should actually have disappeared from the region by 2020 but alarmists have cut themselves some more slack and pushed it out once more. So, what are those ice breakers needed for? I mean, if there is no more ice to break?
