Scientists consider wild plan to dim the Sun to save Earth

Contrary to all the other so-called solutions for cooling the planet, this one is at least conceptually sound. It’s absolute rubbish on pretty much every other level. We need more sun rather than less as we are in a solar minimum, it would be exceedingly expensive to do but it is ideas such as this that unlock vast research funding. I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
